Starting Friday August 25 2006 The Town of Montverde will start issuing Citations for Breaking the SJWMD rules on Watering our lawns. Rules: Water only between 4:00PM and 10:00AM - No Watering on Monday , Tuesday or Friday. Even Addresses water on Sundays and Thursdays - Odd Addresses Wednesday and Saturdays. Town imposed fines: 1st offense- Verbal warning. 2nd offense - Written warning. 3rd offense - $50.00 fine. Subsequent fine will be levied up to $500.00 per infraction |
